Two of my grandchildren were given a tablet each for Xmas. Both tablets froze, one after 3 months and the other after 6. One did start to work again but only for a matter of weeks. Their mum went to Maplins (where dad – who doesn’t live with them – got them from) but because of no receipt (he’d paid cash) couldn’t return or exchange them. She did call Prestigio but they said, although the tablets were under warranty, without a receipt they couldn’t do anything. I have since tried but to no avail. Do you know if they could be repaired – and how much it it might cost? -
