        Help, I have a new TV which I bought second hand. When I turn it on it constantly says connect box even though the one connect box is connected.

        Also the select button on the remote isn't being received by the Tv, I have tried the remote on another TVs and is fine, this started when I managed to initially get into the settings and changed from retail mode to home mode, so now I can't even do a factory reset or select any settings this is on the normal and smart remote.

        Please do you think you could help it's causing a lot of frustration and grief from the wife. Any help will be much appreciated.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
