Thetford Pb Intermittent fault,it’s of a 3way fridge and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t ,it will work on 230 v and then stop for no reason ,the same when operating on gas,it will light and then go off and not come on again,it may come on again after disconnecting the gas and 230 supplies,then it will maybe come on again on gas seems to work ok when plugged into the car on 12 v,I took it off the fridge today and checked the fuses the 2 amp fuse spade type came out with one leg missing so not sure if that’s the problem and would like to get the pcb checked out and repaired repair in Inverurie

As I'm not … read more very techy I phoned EP for advice. They were extremely helpful. I then took the earphones down to Hortonwood 30 as advised. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I thought my cherised 1970's Hitachi Music Centre was beyond repair until I found on Google Electronic Partners in Telford. … read more They restored it completely and replaced the woofer in both speakers, I couldn't have been more delighted. They kept me informed throughout advising me of part's required and costs which I paid as and when needed which was far better then being presented with a large bill at the end. I found all the staff and engineers very kind and respectful and certainly recommended this company to anyone. Well done everyone keep up the brilliant work 10/10.
