For customer drop-off or collection, confirm the location, appointment and arrangements with our team before travelling. The company’s registered address is not a repair drop-off address. Whole televisions require customer drop-off and pick-up by arrangement with the team; do not send one through a parcel service without agreement.
For other large, heavy or fragile devices, contact us to confirm acceptance and suitable transport before sending anything. Callout services are available only in designated areas and by arrangement; travel/assessment charges apply after attendance, with any extra work quoted separately. Do not assume every postcode or device qualifies.
