We use original manufacturer parts where possible. Where they are unavailable or do not fit the price structure, we use high-quality OEM alternatives.
Customer-supplied parts are accepted, but the supplied-part repair is excluded from our repair warranty. Contact us before sending parts so we can confirm suitability and the work required. Headphone jack repairs can be assessed, but jack/plug repairs are excluded from the repair warranty.
Removed parts become Electronic Partners’ property and are not returned unless this was explicitly agreed in writing before repair. Batteries are consumable components: usage and conditions affect performance, and ordinary degradation is not a covered fault.
