We cannot guarantee that a repaired device keeps its original manufacturer water-resistance or IP rating. Its condition and components beyond the repaired part also affect sealing. Do not rely on it for swimming, diving or other water exposure unless we expressly confirm this in writing after appropriate testing.
Liquid-damage repairs are carried out on a best-endeavours basis and carry no repair warranty. Corrosion can continue to cause faults; full restoration is not guaranteed and the device may fail again.
