Eligible repairs have a limited 3-month warranty on the specific replaced parts and associated labour, not the whole device. An eligible paid extension can provide up to one year of cover. Manufacturer or insurer cover is a separate arrangement.
Exclusions include liquid damage, mainboard/PCB work, customer-supplied parts, jack/plug repairs and non-genuine products. Unrelated faults, physical damage and ordinary battery degradation are also excluded as detailed in the terms.
Report a claim within the warranty period and return the device within a reasonable time. Coverage is confirmed after inspection. A claim reported in time remains valid while assessment or repair continues even if the warranty period then expires. Covered faults are repaired without charge; uncovered faults can involve a Service Charge, diagnostics or a new repair quotation. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
