A: We will requote you before we proceed if any additional faults are discovered during the repair or the estimate given does not match.

A quotation can be rejected if the repair is not suitable or becomes too expensive. In this case, we will charge a fee for diagnostic according to our Terms & Conditions plus return shipping.

Alternately you can request the recycling of your device, and we will waive all fee’s, and our service does not cost you anything at all.
