As easily the most recognizable brand of consumer-grade drones, DJI has carved a huge chunk of the burgeoning drone market for itself by producing high quality, easy to operate drones at reasonable prices.
With the new Phantom 4 series now available for purchase, the prices of the Phantom 3 line have dropped considerably. Today, the DJI Phantom 3 Standard is on sale for just $399 on eBay. That’s half of what the quadcopter originally retailed at and $50 less than what Amazon is selling it for.
Sporting a 2.7k camera, a three-axis gimbal, and up to 20 minutes of flight time, the Phantom 3 is a great option for anyone looking to buy their first serious drone. Sure, it is missing some of the resolution and features of the higher end models, but you are still getting a whole lot of drone for your money.
