In July last year, I sent my Bose to you for repair. It was returned with exactly the same fault so you repaired this again in August. My Bose has developed exactly the same fault again and Im very disappointed as its not been used much due to having to move in with family to care for someone for these past several months. To recap…. When you put the CD in it states Reading Disk but it seems not to be able to read it. Other times I put a CD in and it plays for seconds/minutes then stops and says Not Playable. It clearly has trouble reading the CDs. As stated, I am hugely disappointed that this has gone wrong again so quickly. Please advise

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
