Dji Mini 2 Drone hit a tree, middle chassis frame broken at the front front and battery door broken, gimbal dampening carrier broken, gimbal flex cable to back of camera broken, on powering up drone all boots fine, camera active, satellites active, motors working, gimbal not stable assuming it’s because of the torn flex cable, from what I can see on inspection, middle chassis, gimbals flex cable, gimbal dampening carrier and battery door seem to be the visible parts that need replacing, I can get photos over if needed would like a quote and time on repairing if possible, thank you and look forward to hearing back from you. As I'm not … read more very techy I phoned EP for advice. They were extremely helpful. I then took the earphones down to Hortonwood 30 as advised. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new.

They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I thought my cherised 1970's Hitachi Music Centre was beyond repair until I found on Google Electronic Partners in Telford. … read more They restored it completely and replaced the woofer in both speakers, I couldn't have been more delighted. They kept me informed throughout advising me of part's required and costs which I paid as and when needed which was far better then being presented with a large bill at the end. I found all the staff and engineers very kind and respectful and certainly recommended this company to anyone. Well done everyone keep up the brilliant work 10/10.
