However, due to the coronavirus outbreak, our service centre walk-in facility will be temporarily closed until further notice.

ARE YOUR COLLECTION POINTS ARE STILL OPEN?
YES, all post offices are open as it is safe and prudent to do so.

WHAT IF I NEED TO COLLECT AN ITEM THAT IS BEING REPAIRED?
We’re really sorry but, as the walk-in facility is temporarily closed, the only option is to post your item back. We are sure you will appreciate that these are unprecedented times and hope that shipping your items is not a major inconvenience to you.

CAN I STILL CONTACT YOU?
Yes, you can still contact us through our usual channels.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REPAIR BACK?
At the moment, our usual service and turnaround times increased. All standard repairs will be diagnosed within 5 to 10 working days due to the high demand off repairs online but you can check the status of your order by logging in to our Customer Portal at any time.

We are staying close to the government on the latest information and advice to ensure we are doing the right thing for both our colleagues and our customers. We know that one of the most important ways to help prevent the spread of any virus is to maintain good hygiene, so as per the NHS guidance we are recommending that our customers and colleagues continue to thoroughly wash their hands on a regular basis and to follow the advice on catch-it, bin-it, kill-it for coughs and sneezes.
